Job Title: National Channel Manager (Financial Sales)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The National Channel Manager drives, and optimizes Asset Creation Team performance on objectives across the regions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Consumer Credit team operations, monitor the performance of the set territories.
  • Liaise with core sales staff within the region to optimize leads generations and conversion.
  • Forecast, plan, recruit and maintain the capacity plan for the Asset Creation team in all regions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on key growth indicators for products, people, and processes.
  • Generate and contribute via market analysis and customer perception of new products.
  • Motivate, train and maintain a healthy and effective workforce
  • Identify, develop, and implement process change towards improving customer satisfaction and sales efficiency, etc.
  • Manage Lead Management System (LMS), create an optimal conversion strategy on leads.
  • Work closely with the Strategy and Marketing department to ensure consistency in the look and structure of sales collateral materials, packages and proposals, etc.
  • Develop monthly sales incentive programs for brokers & RSE to increase performance and drive results.
  • Facilitate large meetings with IMTTs and Brokers (differently) with such topics as training, compensation, products or customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or any other related field
  • 10 years+ of progressive experience in sales and marketing of financial products.
  • Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high-performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales target.
  • Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.
  • Strategy development, project management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the financial market and products.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Title: SEO Growth Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings
  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and implementation including discovery and expansion of SEO
  • Keyword opportunities to drive and increase the most valuable traffic to the websites of the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Preparing detailed strategy reports
  • Research and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success

Qualifications / Requirements

  • BS / MS degree in a Quantitative, Test-driven field
  • Proven SEO & SEM experience – will be asked to provide examples of your work and the results achieved by actions
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Must possess knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce, social platforms and the creative/design process
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
  • Ability to prioritize/re-prioritize multiple projects and/or deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly shifting work environment
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns

Job Title: Lease Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Objective

  • To generate sales as stated in the set departmental and personal targets.
  • Responsible for all leasing functions; which includes reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
  • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working closely with internal teams to provide key business insights, define and implement appropriate sales, marketing, operational and business development strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the business.
  • Development of new sales ideas
  • Keeping up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  • Manages personal daily activities to align with departmental goals and targets in accordance with organization policies and standards.
  • Responsible for generating lease leads and Business support loans.
  • Fostering partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
  • Keeping abreast of marketing activities, regulators requirements peculiar to our business
  • Conducting in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences.
