Job Title: District Manager
Location: Lagos, Ibadan-Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Be in charge of a minimum of 5 Unit Managers
- Compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Discuss and help Unit Managers set up and work toward definitive goals
- Review Units progress daily
- Advise on market information such as changing customer needs, queries, etc
- Scouting and sourcing for major accounts in order to meet Agency target
- Recruiting, training and motivating Financial Planners through the Unit Managers
- Allocating working territories to Unit Managers.
- Developing sales strategies.
- Monitoring the District/Unit performances and motivating team to reach set targets.
- Submit monthly report to Agency Managers on a weekly basis and as prescribed by Senior Management from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience.
