Job Description
- We are looking for a high-performing Ecommerce Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- He will develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for the company.
Responsibilities
- Meeting customers expectations by recommending changes to product or services and websites.
- Administering and supervising web merchandising team to accomplish the company target.
- Developing strategies to make recommendations for best investment tactics for each department.
- Providing support for strategy development aand sales performances.
Requirements
- HND/BSC in Accounting Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any other social sciences.
- Professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACCA, CIBN is a must. MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years experrience out of which 5 years must be in Fintech, Micro Finance Bank or e-commerce.
- Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
- Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
- Sound knowledge of website management and ecommerce usability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Application, MS Access and others.
