Job Title: Executive Secretary to the MD / CEO

Education Qualifications and Key Competencies
- Degree in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration and Management related field.
- Not less than 3 years relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of financial organization’s operation and business objectives.
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- High level integrity and confidentiality
- Accurate comprehension, interpretation and capturing of information.
- Proficient in usage of Microsoft packages.
- Excellent Organizational, time management and multitasking Skills
- Good Listening skills.
- Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Good Attention to details.
Responsibilities
- Reviews, prioritizes, directs and delegates a wide variety of complex and confidential requests presented to the Executive for consideration.
- Researches information and summarizes into a concise and use-able format for Executive review.
- Responds to and routes priority / confidential inquiries from external to internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the Executive.
- Direct and creates report, charts, budgets and other presentation materials for the executive.
- Coordinates travel arrangements and meetings.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
