Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Admin Assistant
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Coordinating the interview process with the Recruitment Team.
- Inventory Management
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Vendor Management
- Good communication skill
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1-3 years work experience
Salary Range
N60,000 – N80,000 / Month
