We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Requirements

  • Candidates shoulod possess HND / B.Sc. degree qualification
  • Experience: 1-3 years work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer to customer’s enquiry via phone call, whatsapp chat, instagram and facebook.
  • Use telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information after payment is done by the customer.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Handle customer’s complaint and provide solutions by contacting the immediate supervisor.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling
  • Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancelling an order or refund.

Salary
N50,000 / Month.
