Job Title: Electrical & Instrument Supervisor
Location: Benin, Edo
Job Description
- Plan and organize the work activity of the electrical and instrument technicians such that all planned and unplanned work is progressed to a satisfactory completion
- Direct and work with E / I technicians, Electrician, DCS Technician. Provide feedback on performance issues to the Superintendent and on the job training where required.
- Ensure that planned maintenance activities are performed correctly, timely and in an efficient manner. Reporting or recording same as directed
- Ensure that plant and equipment is fully operational and critically maintained in accordance with procedures. Be proactive to maintain high Standards
- Diagnose faults on defective equipment ensuring that all work is adequately monitored, carried out safely and is fit for purpose
- Clear reporting of deficiencies and malfunctioning to the Maintenance Superintendent. Discuss and analyze technical and spares issues with Maintenance Superintendent. Propose solutions to deficiencies, non-conformities etc.
- Review the quality of information in the maintenance database, such that the information contained is technical valid, accurate and up to date
- Ensure that spare parts received for E / I department are fit for purpose and revert any non-conformity in due time
- Ensure compliance with FPSO permit to work system, isolation standards • Maintain a close working relationship with all Department Supervisors and be aware of roles and responsibilities with regard to emergency response.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree
- FPSO operations experience is desirable
- Have experience of working using Permit to Work systems
- 7 year offshore experience
- Good knowledge of applicable codes standard and regulation
- Knowledge of safety systems / ship automation
- Experience in instrument design / engineering conceptual, feed detail design, construction support, hock up & commissioning.
- Personal Skills: Conscientious, flexible, versatile and determined. Capable of assertive and positive communication and performance
- Leadership Skills: Exemplary safety and managerial leadership skills. Good levels of written and spoken communication in English language. Clear understanding of behavioral and logistical personnel issues

Job Title: Offshore Marine Superintendent
Location: Benin City, Edo

Job Descriptions
- Promote safety awareness and broad application of the Management System, codes of practice and prime policies
- Ensure all relevant berthing or mooring activities are carried out according to the CESL Management System or equivalent
- Ensure timely, effective reporting and investigation of all accidents & incidents
- Ensure timely and effective close-out of survey and audit item
- Startup Marine Operations, monitor and maintain Marine Operations
- Ensure emergency response training and exercises are conducted effectively and in accordance with requirements
- Manage emergency response with due regard for safety of personnel, FPSO and environment to the limit of your responsibility
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree
- Class 1 Deck Officer STCW 95 (Master Mariner Unrestricted) plus DCE for Petroleum / Gas as appropriate
- Proven Tandem Berthing experience at open sea berths or internally Qualified Berthing Master, (QBM).
- 10 years sea service on VLCC and 2 years in rank of Chief Officer.
- Extensive knowledge of offshore FPSO operations, including Production, Process, Utilities, Marine Maintenance, and Safety Management.

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer
Location: Benin City, Edo

Job Descriptions
- The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for Procurement Planning, Costing, Contract Negotiations, Warranties, Specifications and related Supply Chain and logistics management functions
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts of purchase and review product quality
- Manage lean, just-in-time Inventory
- Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other information to determine reasonable prices
- Attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences to learn about new industry trends and make contacts with suppliers
- Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories
- Interview vendors and visit suppliers
- Plants and distribution centers to examine and learn about products, services, and prices
- Keep a database of all existing vendors and prospective vendors
- Accountable for the preparation of Terms of Condition (TOC) for the third-party subcontract work or purchase order statement
- Responsible to estimation of Freight costs and call-off freight forwarding services from suppliers, to meet required on-site dates at minimum costs
- Assist Management to ensure compliance with group standards and regulations, e.g. export control, Customer Satisfaction Requirement (CST), health and safety, environment, information, security, accounting policy, ethnic program, etc.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent; Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Procurement
- 7 years’ experience in Engineering / Tendering Contract Writing and procurement within Oil and Gas Sector
- Proven experience in Commercial and negotiation communication skills
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Working technical knowledge of goods and services to be bought
- Understanding of risk management
- Knowledge of ZAP MM AP Modules and SAP plant Maintenance
- Ability to work with multi-national and multi-cultural teams • Proficiency in English language (oral and written).
