Job Description
- Monitor overall construction performance about technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements
- Note and report on work that does not meet requirements
- Educate workers on the required standards
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities and adhere to industry quality and safety standards
- Develop quality assurance standards and company processes and maintain standards for reliability and performance of production

Qualifications
- B.Sc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a quality assurance Officer/Executive or relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Outstanding communication skills

Job Title: Structural / Site Engineer
Location: Abuja, FCT, Nigeria

Job Description
- Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
- Ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials
- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors – this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects.
- Track and report on project progress.
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Building Engineering/ Building Surveying/ Construction Studies/ Structural Engineering.
- COREN Certified
- MSc in the above mention degree (s) is an added advantage
- 6- 7 years and above of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, or related field
- Understand relevant building and health and safety legislation
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills
- In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

Job Title: Storekeeper
Location: Abuja, FCT, Nigeria
Job Type: 1 Year Contract
Job Description
- Receive the materials supplied by the vendor(s) as per the purchase order placed by the procurement Department and to check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, specification condition, condition etc.
- Take appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials.
- Periodical stock verification always ensures correctness of stock and maintain all the documents up to data.
- Pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment.
- He shall play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory
- To maintain the neat and tidiness of store house.
- Generate reports and submit to his/ her Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Must have HND / BSc in Social Sciences with vast experience in inventory supply chain management.
- 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Must be able to make use of Microsoft Excel or any form of software
- Must be an organized and detail-oriented person who will manage all of the operations in our storeroom.
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
