Job Description
The role involves the following:
- Enhancing existing relationships of the company with educational institutions in the country for student recruitment for foreign universities
- Undertaking relevant professional development efforts to improve on the job performance.
- Developing and Implementing strategies for the recruitment of students from Schools and Universities
- Liaising with key persons in educational institutions to effectively carryout student recruitment campaigns
- Developing a network of relevant contacts to buttress recruitment efforts
Person Specification
- A university graduate with a good Degree with at least 1 year work experience.
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- A Self motivated and dynamic personality
- A marketing-oriented individual
- Ability to manage and take ownership of client relationships
- Experience in international student referrals with an Educational Consulting firm will be advantageous
