Requirements / Competencies

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience
• Great planning and organization capability.
• Must be goal and target-oriented.
• Must have experience in a production/ manufacturing firm.
• Must process communication skills.
• Must have track records of success.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
• Good understanding of market research and analysis
• Strategic and creative thinking skill
