Job Descriptions
- We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Retail Store Associate to work in our outlets.
- The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming customers, answering any queries about the products, helping customers ring up their purchases and manage the general Retail store.
- This individual must act as a Retail Store -Associate and must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification from any field of study
- Relevant experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales personnel and other related experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Should have great communication skills
- Ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers
- Advise and recommend to customers on the use of household accessories
- Cross-sell promotional offers
- Render aftersales services were necessary
- Keep the showroom neat and organized.
- Ensure that an accurate record of the inventory is kept.
- Document and report all customer complaints to supervisors
- Basic Book-keeping of all the sales made daily and subsequently
- Promote the company products and services through alternative channels
