We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Terminal / Station Assistant
Location: Lagos

Requirements
- OND Holders Only
- Must be resident in Lagos State.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist theTerminal Officers inoverseeing the facilities atbusstations and ensuingproper maintenance.
- Ensure proper queue management at thebus stops/terminals.
- Assist Bus Captains in ensuring proper loading procedures are adhered to.
- Supervise the validation and invalidation of passenger tickets/ ticketing system.
- Ensure accurate head count ofbus passengersand tickets issued.
- Ensure that bus station procedures and emergency plans are adhered to at all times
- Work with theTerminalOfficers to ensure all relevant passenger information materials areup-to-date, available in good quality/quantityand posted within thebusstation
- Respond to passenger complaints and enquiries.
