Job Description
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development and Operations Manager who will help Promovers expand her clientele, manager client relationship, and improve sales and marketing process.
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years work experience.
- Professional qualification is an added advantage.
- Confident and outgoing
Skills and Competencies:
- Aggressive sales drive and closure.
- Leadership Skills
- Project Management knowledge and experience
- Outdoor advertising knowledge and experience
- Logistics and warehousing experience
Responsibilities
- Find and develop new markets and improve existing ones.
- Manage relationship with clients.
- Carryout sales administrative operations.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Plan and oversee operational activities.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
