Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Brief Description
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about our services.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. holders in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in an IT firm
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Social media savvy
- Knowledge of administrative procedures.
Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- Maintain customer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
