We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Brief Description

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about our services.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. holders in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience in an IT firm
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Social media savvy
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
