- In West Africa, we supply and maintain diesel or gas engine power production systems for marine or stationary applications within the electrical power and naval propulsion markets.
- We are looking for a HRLO Specialist For Wartsila West & Central Africa. Location for this position is Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the HR Transformation in own country and providing support to local management.
- Influence local management commitment towards behavioural modelling of our code of conduct and perform professional investigations that promotes the desired compliance culture.
- Ensuring country benefits and reward strategies are planned, executed and all legal requirements are considered and adhered to.
- Creating employee engagement initiatives, fair people policies and procedures, identifying and retaining key talent across the organisation and creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organisation in order to drive physical and mental wellbeing.
- Driving diversity and equal opportunities in everything we do is a top priority.
- Support local Management and organisational changes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive efficient, high quality services delivery with a people centric focus and by doing that ensuring an improved employee experience.
- working relationships between the organisation and our people. Working closely with unions and employee representatives, you’ll need to ensure that people practices are fair and transparent.
