We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Brief

• Articulate a real estate strategy for the organisation in line with dynamic market requirements
• Originate and execute real estate investment transactions in line with IOCM’s risk appetite up to the point of exit i.e. origination, execution and sales
• Ensure proper documentation is received on all deals. (regulatory documents, contracts etc)
• Create a brand for Investment One in the real estate space
• Assess the investment risk and viability of potential and existing real estate transactions
• Build a real estate team consisting of 2 teams, Projects & Sales

Functions:

• Transaction origination
• Recommend training and development for the team
• Provide back up across the Capital Management Group as may be required especially in the absence of the Managing Director
• Drive team members to ensure that deadlines and targets are met
• Give mentorship and guidance on transaction functions and work ethics to junior team members

Qualifications

• A first Degree in Construction related discipline or Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any social science related discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• A postgraduate degree or professional qualification

• In-depth understanding of local and international real estate markets

• Strong numerical and financial analysis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
