Job Title: Mobile Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Position

  • The ideal candidate will work in the Tech Team of RelianceHMO, and specifically with the Software Engineering Team and will be tasked with developing and maintaining high quality mobile applications.
  • Needed is a significant experience in mobile development, passion in mobile platforms and ability to translate code into user-friendly apps.
  • You are a team player – able to work across different stakeholders, communicate expectations openly and clearly, and welcome constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop fully functional mobile applications writing clean and scalable code
  • Create and execute unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
  • Support the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, test, release and support phases
  • Retrieve specific requirements and suggest solutions to improve user experience
  • Evaluate and debug mobile applications to optimize their performance
  • Work collaboratively with Product Development team and other team members to plan new features
  • Support legacy applications and suggest ways to improve or replace them
  • Oversee the compliance of applications with established quality standards
  • Find and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
  • Keep abreast with latest developments in mobile engineering technology
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Must Haves

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience as a Mobile Engineer
  • Published applications on the App store
  • Solid experience building mobile apps with clean architecture using Java or Dart (Flutter)
  • Good experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Good knowledge of OOP design principles
  • Good UI crafting skills based on prototypes & mock ups
  • Strong analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
  • A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, or related field.
  • Comfortable working in and across teams.

Job Title: Content and Social Media Strategist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Position

  • The ideal candidate will work with our Growth and Marketing Team, and the Consumer Business Team to manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive the overall customer growth in line with our strategy and financial goals, using developed content and social media platforms.
  • You will be responsible for creating researched and creative content, researching social media trends and analyzing page analytics. In this role, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our content development and social media accounts in a cohesive and creative way.
  • You are a team player – able to work across different stakeholders, communicate expectations openly and clearly, and able to pre-empt potential roadblocks and challenges and work to proactively prevent same.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development:

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original and creative content.
  • Develop content for our newsletter, blogs, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
  • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
  • Plan and schedule content in advance.
  • Relate with the Tech team to regularly update content on the company website
  • Promote the company blog by pitching articles to various third-party platforms
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Evaluate analytics and SEO metrics to adjust content as needed

Social Media Management:

  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
  • Train team member(s) to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  • Increase followership on all social media platforms
  • Grow engagement rate on all social media platforms
  • Develop strategies that increase engagement on various platforms
  • Use analytics tools to gauge the success of posts and campaigns

Marketing:

  • Work with other members of the Growth and Marketing Team, and Consumer Business Team in directing the marketing and consumer acquisition strategies of the company.
  • Ensure activities are centered around customer and income growth.

Must Haves

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • At least 3 years of direct, social media strategy and content development experience, preferably in a start-up
  • Very data-driven with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • A demonstration of curiosity, love for learning, creativity, execution and speed
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Hootsuite, brand24, etc

Job Title: Client Services and Retention Manager

Location: Lagos

  • The Client Services and Retention Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers; maintain and grow strategic industry relationships and networks while developing innovative and creative solutions to retain and foster mutually beneficial client relationships. You possess great listening skills and you are a problem solver who is quick in proffering lasting solutions to problems.
  • You are a team player – able to work across different stakeholders, communicate expectations openly and clearly, and able to pre-empt potential roadblocks and challenges and work to proactively prevent same.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain a great working relationship with all Corporate Sales Executives and provide support in managing the activities of their respective Key Account Managers
  • Curate strategies and avenues to improve the Key Account Management System.
  • Maintain and grow strategic industry relationships and networks.
  • Overcome client’s resistance or hesitation to be able to offer solutions to problems
  • Conduct surveys to evaluate customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding process of all new clients and develop initiatives to ensure a more efficient process

Client Retention:

  • Develop and manage all corporate client retention strategies and initiatives of the company.
  • Manage the account renewal process of existing clients promptly and proactively while ensuring 0% Churn rate
  • Leverage client relationships and product knowledge to retain and grow revenue
  • Develop bespoke communication and product promotion such as marketing letters, emails, articles, etc to clients.
  • Leverage information related to client’s decision-making process, organization structure and profile of all individuals involved in the purchasing decision to foster client retention.
  • Provide strategic advice to management based on feedback and observations from clientele and the market.

Risk Management:

  • Ensure internal /external risks are mitigated regarding accounts being managed
  • Ensure total management of all collections and receivables.
  • Maintain an appreciable Medical Loss Ratio Level of all portfolios
  • Handle complex and escalated client service issues

Team Management:

  • Provide expert technical advice on key account management to line reports
  • Mentor and coach reports on best practices in client management

Must Haves

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years Sales experience in the Health insurance industry.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial position overseeing accounts in different sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Health Insurance industry; product offerings in the market, industry players, regulators and developing trends
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and upselling skills
  • Has the capacity to transfer knowledge, coach and lead a team of vibrant Key Account Managers
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
