The flagship project is Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate which is located at the Lagoon District, (the new Waterview residences of lekki phase 1) Lagos.

We are currently recruiting suitable qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics / Visual Artist

Location: Nigeria

Minimum Academic Qualification

• B.Sc, BA, HND in a related field.

Job Requirements:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator,
• Dream weaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Industry design knowledge is a plus

Job Title: Content Writer

Locatin: Nigeria

Minimum Academic Qualification

• B.Sc, BA, HND in a related field.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field

Job Title: Freelance Marketer

Locatin: Nigeria

Minimum Academic Qualification

• B.Sc, BA, HND in related field

Job Requirement:

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Aggressive marketer, passion to succeed, determination, focus, discipline and honesty.
• Articulate, smart and willingness to work.
• Persuasion skills and Good sales record of properties.
• Customer Service and Good Communication skills.
• Digital Marketing Skills
