Summary of Job Description

• Lead the company in the development of market opportunities translated to close sales and profitable transaction margins
• Lead engagements with sector – buyers to bring to them value from offering solutions that are best fit for their organization
• Lead the management of all sales, accounts, channel and agency partnerships of the company
• Be accountable for the achievement of new businesses, accounts retention and revenue targets of the company
• Coordinate all activities that are aimed at capturing the voice of the customers

Person Specification

• Evidence of management learnings and education
• Must have a national or global supervisory role
• A minimum of 16 years post-NYSC experience (with a minimum of 5 years in an executive management position)
• Master’s Degree qualification

Job Title: Head, Innovation and Technology

Location: Lagos

Summary of Job Description

• Provide leadership to the operational management of our Technology; innovation, development, operations and market engagement
• Provide representation and reporting of the technology programs to the Board, taking accountability for team performance and market impact
• Lead engagements with all technology community and stakeholders, bringing value to the company in growth, sustainability and reputation
• Assist the MD in the development and deployment of company’s technology strategy and its impact of our business and operations pursuits

Person Specifications

• Master’s Degree qualification
• A minimum of 16 years post-NYSC experience (with a minimum of 5 years in an executive management position)
