Descriptions
- Post daily on the Instagram page to drive customer retention
- Receive and make customer calls.
- Record documentation of all customer interactions with contact details.
- Reply all DM’s and emails
- Support the sales team with daily sales
- Review outstanding payments
- Keep records of customers and seller’s testimonials.
- Create and post content on Instagram/Website/Blog.
- Give daily operations feedback details to management.
- Participate and organize successful pop up shops for the sales of stock.
- Do any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- OND in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) in a similar role.
Skills:
- Must be able to resolve and escalate customer complaints
- Must live in Magodo / Ketu axis
- Strong use of Instagram
Salary
N40,000 / month.
Job Title: Cashier / Book Keeper (Entry-Level)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Description
- Handles all customer payments and credit transactions.
- Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciliation of cashbook.
- Handles daily cash remittance.
- Follow all established procedures for documenting errors in cashing procedures.
- Set up, break down, stock, replenish and maintains cash register station.
- Handles petty cash and reimbursable.
- Enters all postings into the appropriate accounts using the company software and/or manual template.
- Sends report to the Accountant/Director at the close of business.
- Raises sales invoices and issues receipt after payment to customers.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in a related field
- Experience: 1 – 2 years
- Basic accounting skills
- Experience in the related job field
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Overview
- The receptionist is the first point of contact at the beauty studio. S/he performs administrative tasks, such as answering phones, receiving clients, coordinating appointments and providing information about the organization.
Duties and responsibilities
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments for clients and calling clients to confirm appointments
- Greeting clients with a friendly smile and assigning them to the appropriate station
- Keeping the reception area clean, professional-looking and inviting.
- Ensuring the use of fragrances i.e. scented candles to improve the general aura of the reception area and the studio in general
- Serving clients refreshments and beverages
- Responding to enquiries by phone, e-mail, or in person.
- Managing, escalating and expediting the resolution of customer problems/complaints
- Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing systems
Qualification
- Minimum of OND
Experience / Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year front desk or customer service experience
- Good personal grooming
- Experience working in a service industry
