Job Title: Compliance Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Duties include the following, measurable in terms of time, cost, quality or quantity.
- Day to Day Management – To track and update progress on various compliance pendency.
- To follow-up with internal departments on various requirements as specified by compliance agencies.
- To visit regulatory offices on various products / packaging related issues and also facilitate visits of compliance officials as and when happen.
- To work in direct supervision of the FRT and share daily / weekly update on tasks assigned.
- Reporting – To submit weekly / monthly progress on pending issues with expected closing timelines.
- To assess various informational tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase the work efficiency.
- Related Assignment – To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc – Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Technology.
- Excellent skills in MS-Office (Power point, MS Excel)
- Some prior experience will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
- To maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the product range in line with company budgets and strategic plans.
- To manage sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas.
- Prospecting for new sales and opportunities.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND in any field.

Job Title: Data Entry Executive
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Update data and delete unnecessary files
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
- Transcribe information into required electronic format
- Scan documents into document management systems or databases
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Store completed documents in designated locations
- Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
- Print information when required
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree/HND
- 2 – 3 years of related experience as a data entry executive
- Ability to manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
