Karyz Foods is an associate of Karyz coldroom. It is a business firm that is into catering services, decorations, logistic services, hospitality, event planning and business development.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator, that will undertake administrative tasks and ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence(e-mail, letters, packages, etc)
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / B.Sc / B.A in Office Administration
  • Experience: 1 – 3 years
  • Proven experience as an office administrator
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
