Job Title: HSE Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibility

  • Responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs. He will review and update organizational HSE policies and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.
  • Supervision of Project HSE activities
  • Attend pre-job, planning and other client meetings as required
  • Investigate all cases of accidents and near-misses, prepare report of findings and ensure lessons learnt are shared.
  • Ensure all personnel on site have the required HSE clearance.
  • Ensure copies of all material data sheet and MSDS are available at all time onboard the FPSO and project site
  • Advise and assist personnel with regards to health, safety & environmental management matters for all disciplines performed on site.
  • Liaise with the client, enforcement agencies and other third parties as required.
  • Ensure that the management key personnel are aware of all health, safety & environmental issues, appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented
  • Carry out HSE induction training for all new personnel engaged and maintain records relating thereto accordingly
  • Assist with the presentation of daily / weekly safety talks, including researching suitable topics, preparing presentation notes and assisting with the presentation of subject matter.
  • Schedule and chair weekly / monthly HSE committee meetings and maintain records / minutes of meetings related thereto accordingly.
  • Promote health, safety and environmental compliance and awareness through regular campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure all accidents and incidents are recorded, reported and investigated as required and that corrective action is implemented accordingly.
  • Prepare and maintain required HSE statistics and key performance indicators for review and report / update HSE records accordingly.

Education and Qualification

  • BSc or HND in engineering or Science from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • Minimum 10 years on Management and operations preferable in fabrication/construction or oil and gas industry, NEBOSH IGC
  • Suitably trained in specific / relevant certification like NEBOSH IGC, HSE Level 1,2 and General HSE or equivalent.

Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Has the responsibility to plan, organize and achieve in a timely and qualitative manner all required operational related activities of the company on project sites. He is also responsible for managing applicable project resources (manpower, material management, etc.)
  • Responsible for the entire operation and maintenance of the quality management system.
  • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements
  • Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standard.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to project plans / schedule
  • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
  • Provide full support as required by the Management

Job Title: Quality Assurance /Quality Control Personnel

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements. Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization and projects.
  • Responsible for all quality assurance tasks and is the quality management representative at the project site under the authority of the Site Project Manager.
  • Ensure overall operational compliance with all relevant project procedural and specification requirements related to quality.
  • Continually advises the Site Project Manager / Deputy Site Project Manager and corporate quality section of the status of quality related activities and ensure that project requirements are applied during the life cycle of the project.
  • Ensure all personnel are made aware of quality requirements for the project in the larger picture.
  • Ensure all personnel on site have the required qualification for their respective jobs.
  • Organize quality audits on a regular basis and prepare quality plans when and where required.
  • Study specifications, QA/QC procedure, QCP and requirement for the project and ensure work is performed accordingly.
  • Supervise inspection personnel, ensuring that all work areas are adequately monitored and controlled from quality perspective.
  • Ensure Quality Control Plans are in place and signed off progressively for all work performed
  • Manage and control project site query and non-conformance reporting systems.
  • Ensure data packs are compiled, reviewed, approved and retained for all work performed.

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Coordinating and supervising project workers, selecting tools, resources, materials and manpower, making safety inspections and ensuring project and general site safety.
  • Provide high level customer service and ensure compliance to all company’s rules and regulations
  • Acts as the technical focal point of the project
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer enquiries in positive manner
  • Train/organize the function of each member of his team (assisted by the Supervisor and Foremen)
  • Will be in direct contact with the customer (offshore)
  • Knowledgeable in all technical aspect of the project (offer, scope, contract, specifications, procedures, etc.)

Job Title: Paint Supervisor

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • The Paint Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of work activities. He is considered the leader of his working team and is responsible to complete work activities as per Site Manager’s instruction.
  • Respect the work objectives given by the Site Manager
  • Providing intervention teams schedules
  • Announce the objectives of the day to his foremen & team & identify any constraints/issues that may arise
  • Daily control of his teams/work force
  • Responsible for the effective coordination and supervision of assigned activities, personnel and related resources, ensuring daily production target are met.
  • Reports progress daily to Planner and / or Site Manager
  • Responsible for the follow up of the stock of material in conjunction with the planner
  • It is a must that he can anticipate the job conditions / requirements & ensure proper follow-ups to maintain work progress.
  • Organize his teams and allocate tasks to each worker and control personnel assigned to their activities
  • Study specifications and requirements for activity, scope of work and ensure work assigned is performed accordingly

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • The position will contribute to the development and implementation/improvement of the organizational strategies, operational practices, quality, hazards and risk management, budget achievements and client satisfaction.
  • Manage processes, budgets and people
  • Supporting the operations planning process
  • ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and production targets are met
  • Managing stock control and inventory checks
  • Having a keen eye on budgets and budgetary changes
  • Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed
  • Creating and monitoring projects and teams.
  • Supervises the project manager to achieve the target fixed KPIs (Security, Planning, budget, quality, production)

Job Title: ICORR Level 3 Paint Inspector

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities / Functions

  • In charge of reviewing Coating Procedure, Supervise the Contractor and Subcontractor Activities to Implementation of various Customer Specification during production process.
  • Monitoring and Controlling all Contractor and Subcontractor Inspection Activities (Surface preparation Blasting and Painting to ensure and check abrasive, surface profile, coating, environmental and Perform test such as Holiday test, Adhesion test (after the coating process will verify the strength of the bond between substrate & coating).
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Ensure all personnel are made aware of quality requirements for the project.
  • Ensure all personnel on-site have the required qualification for their jobs
  • Study specification, QA/QC procedure, QCP and requirement for the project and ensure work is performed accordingly.
  • Ensuring that all work areas are adequately monitored and controlled from quality perspective
  • Ensure Quality Control Plans are in place and signed off progressively for all work performed.
  • Administer and control project site query and non-conformance reporting systems.
  • Compile data packs and ensure they are reviewed, approved and retained for all work performed

Job Title: UHP Robot Pilot / Supervisor

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • The Spider jet Robot Pilot supervisor will lead the team of 7 to 10 Spider jet crawler pilots during UHP operations, working with Ultra High Pressure blasting equipment and ensuring all documentation (RAMS check, Equipment check & PTW) are correct prior to start of work daily.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Piloting the Spiderjet crawler during UHP operations.
  • Carry out activities in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Responsible for the availability, proper use and maintenance of all spider equipment on site
  • Ensure that work plans and programs are set up and closely followed
  • Work closely with site project Manager to resolve any discrepancy that may arise
  • Shall keep tab Site project Manager as relating to daily progress
  • Shall have the responsibility of maintaining and keeping all equipment up to date
  • Excellent knowledge of regulations, policies and procedures as related to UHP operations.

Education

  • WJA certificate, MT 0perators licence, Bosiet, Robot/Supervisor certification (Hammelann). Ultra-high-pressure blasting certification (Water Jetting Association), Relevant safety qualification, Leadership skills course as per company policy
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Spider jet robot piloting, preferably in fabrication/construction or oil and gas industry.

Job Title: V- Deck Supervisor / Inspector

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • The V- deck installation Supervisor is responsible for all items in relation to V-deck access activities (Material, project, resources).
  • He is the technical expert in this area, he is responsible in ensuring that all the needs of the site are met as regards calculation note, drawing, daily checklist and inspection certificate.
  • Work closely with Site Manager
  • Knowledge of his job description
  • Responsible for all v-deck resources availability
  • Organize and program the training for all his resources (Supervisor, Forman, Workers),
  • Follow closely all V-deck Material of the company
  • Help the estimation department to solve access issues during the preparation of the technical offer
  • Carry out visit on-site to control the quality and the productivity of the Job
  • Follow up/update and be responsible for producing as much as possible accurate data pertaining to the quantities of equipment available per site and in stock schedules
  • Respect working time/ arrangements given by Operations Manager
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the Operation Manager
  • Anticipate the daily needs of access for operations and supervise the preparation of baskets to be transferred from the barge to the site.

  • Prepare a monthly inspection plan for the material on-site or in the store area.

Education and Qualification

  • Minimum 500hrs onsite as level 2 VTS installer, Leadership skills course as per company policy, OPITO Level 3 rigger,  Minimum 5 years in V-deck works preferably in fabrication/construction or oil and gas industry, VTS operators licence, Rope access level 3, basic scaffold inspector, Bosiet, IRATA Level 3 rope access technician, Level 2 VTS trained
  • Years of Experience: 14 yrs,
  • Age: Minimum 35
