Details

  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
  • Ensures the availability of required paints per time and oversees painting jobs.
  • Develops and updates Operational Policies and Standard Operating Procedures to reflect recent developments.
  • Ensures that the Spray booth is neat and ready for use at all times.
  • Attends industry functions, such as events, conferences, work gatherings, and provide feedback and information on the market.
  • Develops a rapport with existing and new customers, set targets for sales, and provide the support that will continually improve the relationship.
  • Prioritizes and manages company resources to meet goals and objectives.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • Ensures all systems operate smoothly, align with quality standards, and ensure that Color Riot operates smoothly daily.
  • Produces and reviews SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis to ensure the company is at a competitive advantage.
  • Prepare technical and operational reports and recommends procedures to be used to manage and coordinate activities.
  • Develop successful, high-performance teams through effective training, motivation, and communication.
  • Build Operational processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
  • Ensure that repairs are performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry-accepted good practice.
  • Prepare, supervise, and control workshop activities, including the scheduling of work for technicians.
  • Make suggestions to management for improvements in operational activities;
  • Maintain a well-trained workforce and supervise in-house training as required;
  • Keeps the CEO, apprised of the production status of all programs.
  • Responds to requests for information to support bids for potential future business opportunities.
  • Co-plans with his/her staff, and then directs and manages the professional development of direct and indirect reports to ensure a highly talented and motivated departmental workforce that will achieve the Company’s immediate and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the development and progress of all technicians
  • Manage the daily functions of the business.
  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed
  • Manage budget to align with the goals of the business

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within the business

Salary
NGN150,000 – 250,000 / Month.
