Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the restaurant operations
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Be familiar with re-order level of materials
- Manage restaurants’ good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control Operational Costs and identify ways to cut waste
- Delivering Superior food and beverage services and maximizing Customers satisfaction
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Motivate Staff to provide excellent Customer Service
- Maintain restaurants’ revenue, profitability and quality goals
- Instill discipline amongst staff
- Create detailed reports on weekly and monthly revenue and expenses
- Purchases and replenishment of stocks and materials
Skills and Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, hospitality management, Hotel and Catering Management / Trade Tests in Culinary Schools
- Proven Customer Service experience as a Manager in an established Eatery
- Familiarity with Restaurant Management software
- Strong Leadership, Motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Flair for culinary
- Dedication to duty
- Very mature Female
- Age; 35- 45 years
