Description
- We are looking for Senior Marketing Manager who’ll lead all our client’s marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing In a QSR/FMCG
- Ability to articulate ROI projects
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns for a Multinational Brand
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience in project management
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
Responsibilities
- Brand – Ensuring a strong brand positioning and recall, and driving visibility and footfalls to each store, while delivering on the brand messaging of quality, reliability and generics at lower price
- Annual marketing activity plan and budget, linked to overall business plan, with strong ROI focus
- Store Branding – Constantly updating and managing in- store and ambience branding to meet communication objectives and drive footfalls and conversions.
- Improving the visual standards of the store, as per the brand guidelines of the company
- Customer Journey – Clearly understand of the consumer journey purchase pattern and any other key insights and habits and document the insights in defined format along with the data team
- Campaigns – Running local level campaigns to drive store or regional level targets
- New channels – Recommending sources for the growth of retail channels.
- Building advertising and promotional activities. Designing and producing creatives and circulars.
- Measurement – Developing the market plan and performing market research, such as focus groups, customer feedback, competition benchmarking
- Loyalty program – Increasing market share through customer loyalty programs.
- Working to deliver the highest possible incremental return of sales and profits from marketing spend Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals, design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
