Beddings and Beyond, a leading store in the interior decoration industry is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Accounting Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities
These include but are NOT limited to:

  • Conduct periodic physical stock checks and book-to- book reconciliations
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties e.g. keep a running tally of all deposits and debits.
  • Prepare and present reports using simple spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel; highlighting information, such as gross revenue, monthly debits and account balances.
  • Maintain stock records using MsExcel and prepare inventories

Requirements

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND and  0-2 yrs work experience in a similar role.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office especially Microsoft EXCEL
  • Profound analytical, numeracy and problem solving skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Proactive and must be attentive to details
  • Available for immediate resumption
  • Should reside in the Lekki Ajah axis

Salary
N65,000 / Month
