What Your Work is About
- We are looking to hire a bold and expressive communicator and growth evangelist to help lead our effors at building and integrating our highly sought serviceswithin existing structures across the economy. As the Growth Strategist, you will combinebusiness development and product management roles, build and maintain professional relations across key stakeholders. We are looking for an exceptional communicator (written and oral), a stroy teller and content creator.

- Full-time role, workingprimarilyremotely with weekly on-site check-ins at theoffice.
What your workschedule will look like:
- Draw up strategic marketing and communications plans to provide direction for the company’s public-facing communications
- Identify, engage and collaborate with agencies and other prospective vendors/partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Represent the Organization at external engagements and meetings with other organizations, preparing and presenting professional presentation slides.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on client satisfaction and conduct research to identify new markets and strategies
Nice-to-Haves
- B2B, B2C growthand tech startup experience preferred
- Degree in Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources and Well-being Studies.
- At least 3 years work experience.
- HMO Marketing and Operations experience highly desired
- Proven success trialling at digital marketing
- HR Business Partner andStaff Well-being Focal Person experience also considerable
