Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Outstanding organisational, prioritazation, and multitasking skills.
- Experience interacting with all levels and departments within a company, including regional headquarters and field offices across the country
- HND or BSc in HR/Personnel Management
- 3 – 5 years experience.
- Membership of CIPM preferred.
- Entreprenuerial leadership with empathy and frim management style.
- Expert knowledge of HR Management software and tools, conflict resolution, welfare management, Trainning, Recruitment and Outsourcing.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
