Job Summary
- A reputable Real Estate Consultancy firm with Head office located in Ikoyi, Lagos, has an urgent vacancy for Executive/Personal Assistant to the MD
Qualification / Experience
- B. A/ B.Sc. qualification.
- The candidate would work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to provide administrative support, and deals confidential and sensitive issues across the business.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. Another important requirement is to have administrative and management skills to perform everyday duties.
- Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications. Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant using “GRL PA” as the subject of the mail.
Job Title: Architect
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Creating building designs and high detailed drawing both by hand and by using specialist computer-aiding design (CAD) applications.
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of a project, including constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
- Working closely with a team of other professional such as building services engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologist.
- Applying for planning permission and advice from government new building and legal departments.
- Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirement for the project.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
- Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
- Playing part in project and team management.
- Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed location and client meetings.
Job Title: ICT Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee network and server (if appropriate)
- Ensuring data is backed up on a regular basis
- Overseeing computer security and anti- virus updates etc.
- Provides IT support to computer users within the Hotel both guest & staff
- First port of call and initial troubleshooting of IT problems and resolving it if possible.
- Liaising with external support company
- Ensuring all software is properly licensed
- Input into IT acceptable use policy development.
- Keep abreast of IT technology, maintain library of information.
- Programming, Network and database administration
- Conduct IT training from time to time.
Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Requirements
- A graduate in Accounting/Finance with at least 5 years relevant experience
- Prospective candidate must be a Certified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- Have a good knowledge of Accounting software’s
- Review of VAT and WHT
- Final Account and general ledger reconciliations
- Must be able to foster good working relationships at all levels in the organization.
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to liaise with regulators and government agencies.
Job Title: Site Engineer

Qualification / Experience
- B.Sc / B.Eng. / Hnd in (Civil/Structural Engineering)
- Candidate should be experienced in fit-outs
- 5 years relevant experience in a construction company.
- Provide supervision and leadership to all staff
- Good written/oral communication and technical skills
- Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the contractors and artisans
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow tasks/projects through to a timely completion.
- Candidate should also be a recognized member of one or more professional institutions.
