Job Title: Operations Manager (Restaurant)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Delivering superior restaurant service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Work, and develop relationships, with external suppliers to ensure the very best reputation within the industry.
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure correct stock levels are available from central distribution area, to assist the operational restaurant team
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
- Ensure that the industry standard with regard to safety and hygiene
- Constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained
- Maintain close, professional, effective links with all units and departments. Ensure that suppliers deliver to stated agreements, best practices are followed and technological advances are sought
- Manage all internal stakeholders: both, other departments within the park who deliver services to the Food and Beverage team and support the Central Support
Basic Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager, Hospitality Operations Manager with minimum of 4-5 years experience
- BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or any related discipline
- Proven customer service experience as a manager

Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Procurement Officer

Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the restaurant to the correct point of contact/storage area.
- Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.
- Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
- Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.
- Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
- Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum Bsc. In any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience as a storekeeper
- Numeracy skills

Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with Brand Standards, Governmental Controls and ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
- Implementing quality systems / procedures in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
- Ensure all food produced meets the restaurant operations quality standards.
- To ensure that only products that meet the company’s quality standards are produced and delivered to customers.
- Managing and maintaining implementation of quality plant and food safety management systems to ensure all products are manufactured in line with the required quality standards
- Organize the Food safety management System built-up for the company, participate in the implementation of the duty and limits of authority in food safety and quality.
- Arrange training and advertising according to the standard of food safety management system.
- Improve management files about Food Safety in the food industry.
- Hold the training for relevant personnel according to the requirement of food safety management procedure
- Regularly checking and assessing the operation situation of the food safety management system in the company, audit the differences between the actual implementation and standard requirements, and carry out the suggestion and requirement for improvement.
- Regularly Monitor the Food Safety Management System for the suppliers.
- Regularly report the operation situation, effect and result of the company’s food safety operational system
Basic Requirements
- Minimum Bsc. in Food Science or Food Technology
- Minimum 3 years in related field in the food business is required.
- Must be knowledgeable in MS OFFICE applications
- With strong leadership skills and interpersonal relationship
- Detail-oriented
Job Title: General Manager (Restaurant)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Coordinate daily Front End and Back End of the restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practice
Basic Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role with a minimum 4-6 years experience
- B.Sc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or any related field of study.
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
