Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Oversee the maintenance, repairs and security of the beach equipment.
- Report and coordinate the repairs of all worn out equipment and facilities
- To supervise regular cleaning of kitchen after use
- Maintain inventory list and order supply after Management approval
- Periodically check the conditions of rest rooms and general environs in a bid to ensure their cleanliness at all times.
- Ensure that Utility Staff are always available for immediate cleaning of lavatory and other facilities
- Ensure sending of weekly activities report to the Management via email
- To do any other duties assigned to you by your superior
Job Requirements
- Minimum of BSc / HND in Social / Management Sciences from any approved university / Polytechnic, with either NYSC Certificate of Completion or Exception.
- Minimum of Two years’ experience as Admin Officer that span within the hospitality industry is critical.
- Experience in Social media handles and Microsoft applications especially, Word, PowerPoint and Excel will be an added advantage.
- Outstanding passion for customer service and hospitality
Job Title: Security Assistant
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Patrols entire premises regularly and report any suspicious activity to the Branch Manager / Admin.
- Maintain vehicle / customer movement register.
- Always confirm from the Branch / Admin Manager before allowing any Clients / Vehicle into the premises.
- Always ensure the orderliness of vehicles within the premises.
- All vehicle keys within the premises must be dropped at the gate house and register.
- All clients / customers must be prohibited in the restricted area, except otherwise.
- Responds to alarms and dispatched calls; decides what actions to take based on situation, facts known and position limitations.
- In case of any incident / accident within the premises, a proper situation/incident report must be kept.
- To always ensure the availability of water within the premises and refuse are disposed timely by LAWMA.
- Assist in maintaining the generator plant for effective power supply.
- To properly scrutinize and get approval before allowing visitors into the premises
- Monitor and run a security check on vehicle movement in and out of the premises.
- Attend to any other assignment as directed by Management.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess SSCE / WAEC / NECO.
- Minimum of 3 years practical experience especially from a reputable company

Job Title: Cook
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the preparation mis – en –place
- Should be able to grill without supervision.
- To do all a la carte / terrace menu / room service orders as per the standard operations manual’s photographs and recipes
- To liaise with the Chef De Parte when not sure of what to do
- To man buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- To keep the working surfaces clean at all time
- To be in full clean uniforms when reporting for work
- Report on duty on time and on standard uniform
- To do any other duties assigned to you by your superior
Education and Experience
- To perform these functions successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard.
- Minimum of WASC / GCE / SSCE (at least five credits inclusive of Mathematics and English in not more than two sittings)
- Minimum of four years’ experience in similar position or training (with proven track records); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven working experience as a Cook
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Sensitivity to customers: good relationship skills
- Shift work is an Operational requirement
- Effective management: delivering profit centre profitability
- Ability to speak and write clearly, Must be able to listen to, read and / or write instructions, memos, short correspondences and messages. Second language preferred.
Job Title: Store Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Receive stocks into various stores
- Make sure the Goods received Note is raised for every stock that enters the Hotel
- Comparing the Goods Received Notes and the Supplier’ invoice and check any discrepancy.
- Checking quality of stocks (i.e. expiring dates, freshness of the good/stock, etc)
- Make sure that all necessary documentation is raised when receiving goods.
- Updating of Bin cards on a daily basis
- Make sure that stock is kept orderly for ease of checks.
- Notify the relevant departments on re – order levels.
- Make sure stock is ready for stock take.
- Take part in all stock takes of the Residence.
- Communicate Code of Business principles and other requirements to suppliers.
- Attend to any rejections / shortfalls on deliveries.
- Participate in supply audits.
- Compiling reports as and when needed by the Financial Controller.
- Any other duty as assigned by the Financial Controller.
Education, Experience or Skills Required
- Must have at least an OND in any Social Sciences / Management related courses
- A minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in star hotel would be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge in figures
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be self – motivated
- Must be pro – active with high degree of integrity
- Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors and guests.
- Must be a team player
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Offices.
Accountability:
A Store Officer would be assessed on:
- Ability to dictate risk areas
- Ability to meet the requirements of the workplace timeously
- Ability to ensure that all documents are kept safe and in a retrievable manner
- Ability to relate professionally with members of staff and vendors
