Job Title: Salon Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have at least three years of previous relevant experience in a Salon environment.
- Experience as a stylist will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for:
- Oversight of facility operations,
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied,
- Managing employees’ schedules and performance, as well as working to make sure the salon is profitable.
- Interview, hire, train, promote, supervise and fire employees.
- Overseeing the stylist schedules and strive to provide opportunities for staff training in the latest techniques in the cosmetology industry.
- Overseeing salon conditions in terms of appearance, cleanliness and safety, as well as making sure all supply inventories are stocked.
