Vine City Church International is an International Christian Ministry with a new church plant in Lagos-Ibeju Lekki area (Lekki Free Zone).

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Accounts, HR and Church Administrator

Location: Ibeju – lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations and maintaining office supplies and records.
• Coordinating, planning, and executing church events.
• Assisting to create budgets, pay bills, oversee payrolls, and track and record church income from donations and sales.
• Recruiting and hiring staff and volunteers, and overseeing their work and vacation schedules.
• Handling church communications and publications, creating and distributing bulletins and newsletters.
• Overseeing church facility maintenance and security operations.
• Assisting with scheduling meetings, renting church equipment and facilities, and enforcing church policies for facility use.
• Building and maintaining relationships with the congregation and community.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business related field.
• Must be Born Again with 2-5 Years Christian
• Total Commitment to Christ, Ushering & Logistics and the new church
• 2 years’ office or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
• Ability to handle stress and problem solve.
• Ability to keep confidential and sensitive information.
• A commitment to standing as a moral and upstanding representative of the church community.

Job Title: IT, Social Media and Technical Officer

Location: Free Trade Zone, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person
• Producing and scheduling content for the Church social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Monitoring the Church’s social media channels to ensure comments, complaints and queries are dealt with professionally and in good time, identifying issues which need response / rebuttal
• Curating the digital community on the Church’s social platforms, creating engagement with followers
• Producing and sourcing good quality pictures and visual imagery for the Church website, social media channels and blogs
• Responsible for the Church digital image library

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (2.1 or 2.2 in any Degree with IT, Media, Microsoft Office Suite and other Certifications) at least 2 years of progressively responsible work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Must be good with Web design and social media
• Total Commitment to Christ, Music and Worship and the new church.
• Must be Born Again with 2-5 years Christian

Job Title: Community, Fellowships & Outreach Officer

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evangelistic outreach efforts for congregation.
• Must be able to build, maintain and lead teams
• Develop and build relationships with local organizations in order to understand community dynamics and how the church can meet their needs.
• Create opportunities for reaching new people in the community with the gospel.
• Plan and implement a calendar for multiple local mission opportunities and events.
• Maintain all communications for missions and outreach including (but not limited to) church newsletter, church program, website, social media, and local publications.

Requirements

• 2.1 or 2.2 in any degree
• Total Commitment to Christ, Evangelism and the new church.
• Must be Born Again with 2-5 Years Christian and Community
• At least 2 years Work Experience.
