Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Diploma or OND qualification
- 1-2 years administrative work experience
- Ability to multitask
- Good organization skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite
Responsibilities
- Manage the office petty cash, reconcile and replenish regularly.
- Liaise and negotiateswith office vendors and service providers
- Addressing employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery and consumables)
- Tracking the utilization of office consumables, and order consumables when needed
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Attend toall correspondence, such as letters and packages, and deliver such to the concerned staff members.
- Ensure the office is clean at all times by supervising the cleaning personnel.
