Job Description
- We are looking to hire an experienced Communication Officer for our client, a non profit organization.
- The ideal candidate must be creative and have excellent communication and inter personal skills.
- Communication Officer will be responsible to support the internal and external communications strategy of the organization by writing and disseminating publicity materials, respond to inquiries, media and coordinate other public events of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish a strong collaboration with management to develop, implement an effective, efficient communication strategy based on the organization target market.
- Write, edit, review and disseminate content, including various publications, press release, website content, annual reports, speeches and other marketing materials that communicates the organization’s activities.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization by responding to media inquiries, interviews, thereby enhancing the organization reputation
- Maintain active records of media coverage of the organization, collate analytics and metrics.
- Maintain conflicts and resolution as it arises and escalate if necessary to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, International Relations, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience within the NOT FOR PROFIT SPACE.
- Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention todetail.
- An excellent storyteller, communicator.
- Analytical and able to identify trends in the underlying data based on defined set of metrics
- Excellent writing, editing and reviewing skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be brand reputation cautious and should also be comfortable designing and executing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Hands on experience with the Microsoft software and Google cloud suites for various solutions
- Problem solver that can multitask effectively, delivering assignments on time with consistent quality.
Salary
N120,000 – N200,000 / month.
Job Title: Van Sales Representative – FMCG
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are recruiting for an FMCG company in Lagos that are into the sales and distribution of Unilever Products to its wide range of customers.
Responsibilities
- To sell the company product to our current and potential customer.
- Addressing customer issues and communicating the information in a timely manner to the immediate manager/supervisor
- Projection of image of the company to its customers.
- Collate company receivables.
- Implementation of promotions and roll out for new products.
- Maintain communication with team members.
- Ensure company products are handled with care and stock rotation is adhered too.
- To implement company visibility plan.
- Establish excellent rapport with customers.
- Sell company products in designated channels.
- Report competitor activities in the market place.
- Ensure sales route is followed diligently.
- Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures, including local, state and federal laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Van Sales Man or any Sales projects
- Good knowledge of numbers and customer service experience
- Familiarity with good account reconciliations and reporting

- Minimum of *FSLC, O’LEVEL* Certification/Results
- 1-5 years’ Driving experience with MANUAL VANS.
- Closeness to location is an advantage

- A Master’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, International Relations, or related field.
- A demonstrated 5 – 9 years of relevant work experience project development and management within the Not for profit space.
- Strong project management skills and prior experience in leading, management of the international funded projects.
- Ability to establish, manage and build strong, credible relationships with locals and international NGOs, movements and networks, government associations, business leaders and relevant stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent knowledge of and experience in working with donors.
- An excellent storyteller, communicator, writing, editing and reviewing skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills
