Job Title: Risk Officer (Compliance & Regulatory / Information Risk)

Key Responsibilities

  • Mastermind compliance and protocols on behalf of the organization. Implement and supervise the bank compliance program to include ALM and deposit regulations.
  • Direct the development of training applicable to AML etc.
  • Develop and implement a compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with statutory and state and federal laws.
  • Develop compliance metrics and establish a system for tracking them. Review and ensure all products are in full compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Perform compliance audits to determine full adherence to establish protocols. Responsible for developing and implementing the cyber security programs of the Bank.
  • Responsible for monitoring all processes that have to do with information exchange, including firewalls usage

Qualification & Experience

  • Good University degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or business related discipline
  • 2 years post NYSC relevant experience in a financial institution.

Job Title: Risk Officer (Operational & Liquidity Risk)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, mitigate, monitor and report operational and liquidity risk Review internal and external audit reports to extract relevant risk and control information for use in reporting, remediation and system improvement. Monitor and act on any PKI/KRI adverse trends that arise.
  • Track and analyze incidences of frauds (successful and attempted). Identify causes and implement with respective units measures to close loopholes.
  • Biisiness process reviews and improvements.
  • Develop business continuity framework and plans for the bank and follow up with respective units on their implementation. Qualification & Experience

  • Good University degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or business related discipline

Job Title: Business Solution Architect

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, enhance and manage web solutions in windows and Linux environments
  • Work with Software Project Team for delivery of software solutions Ensure design and coding standards are maintained.

  • Develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures for effective revenue assurance and fraud management
  • Establish and oversee the Anti-Fraud Monitoring and Oversight program to identify, assess, control, manage, monitor, effectively challenge, remediate, train and report inconsistencies, redundancies and control deficiencies to reduce risk and improve the organizations internal control environment.
