Job Title: Facility Executive

Location: Chevron Drive, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Facility Executive supports the day-to-day operations of the shared offices within the Facility while proactively providing administrative support to the Facility.
• Provide technical advice to other team members/other staff or to tenants.
• Provide reports on the use of the facilities by contractors.
• Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
• Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
• Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the facility.
• Developing and managing vendor contracts, working closely with vendors to ensure that the companies are maximizing their resources. Not only would you negotiate these contracts, but you are also in charge of making sure these contracts are fulfilled. Through this, you develop and maintain relationships with the vendors.
• Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as shared offices leasing, trainings space leasing, studio leasing.
• Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects
• Creating, managing and commercializing the available office spaces
• Every other task assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of HND / Bachelors’ degree with 2-10 years experience.
• A prior experience in managing and leasing commercialized offices, training and studio spaces
• Team player with administrative and leadership experience
• Competent writing and communication skills
• Proximity to the job location
