Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Function
- This role is responsible for managing the sourcing, interviewing and employment processes for hiring qualified agents for NSIA agency.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or related field. An Advanced Degree (Master’s or equivalent) would be an added advantage
- Membership with CIPM or any international HR professional body (such as CIPD, SHRM).
- Minimum of five (5) years cognate work experience, with at least two (2) years recruiting
- Experience with sourcing via the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings as well as conducting job fairs
