Job Title: Customer Relations Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties and Responsibility
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications
- Set up new customer accounts
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers’ accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- Maintain customer databases
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, Master’s Degree, NCE, OND.
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 / month.
Job Title: Game Product Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Own a product end to end. Work with the organisation and our partners to build a business case, specify a first class product and then make sure that vision gets actually delivered by our creative, engineering and QA teams.
- Manage the rollout and effective adoption of the product by our partners. Continue to own the product through its lifecycle via updates, evangelising with partners and integrating into other parts of our business
- Define and specify product functionality through stories, with an obsessive use of use cases, diagrams and whiteboards
- Lead a small (1 or 2) Product Management team
- Own product definitions for the our Gaming innovation platform, and and key features such as GCM and Activity Feeds, maintaining detailed backlogs and ready to go stories.
- Develop a partner program with potential supplies to build a product feature ecosystem
- Take responsibility for the quality of the team’s product requirement quality
- Ensure there is an ongoing pipeline of development-ready stories to provide consistent value-generating work to engineering teams
- Work closely with users, business stakeholders, games designers and technical teams to produce specifications for products that deliver on functionality, value, future proof designs and product ‘elegance’
- Competitor analysis and industry trends should be analysed and feed into the roadmap
- Define product strategies and roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree qualification.
- 0 – 2 years Experience.
Salary
N500,000 / month.
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
- Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
- Administration of company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Ensuring that the building and facilities are in compliance with health, environmental and security standards.
Qualification
- FSLC, HND, NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO.
Salary
N50,000 / month.
