Job Title: Software Tester
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Analyze users stories and cases, review of software requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate with Software Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams and provide support
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life-cycle.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- BSc / HND in relevant studies.
- 2-4 years work experience.
Job Title: Product Manager Associate
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Work with the Head of Product to track and manage the development team’s work
- Provide support with Agile/SCRUM practices
- Work with development, and management teams to ensure development and delivery of products within the allotted timeline and budget.
- Supportive multiple projects at different stages of their lifecycle simultaneously
- Assist in the development of new products and enhancement of existing products
- Assess and analyze market/business / financial data
- Conduct user and product research to identify baselines and gaps in the market
- Develop functional requirements based on business needs.
- Maintain accurate and complete product-related information.
- Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND qualification
- 2 to 3 years experience working in a software company within the product or similar function
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Comfortable multi-tasking and supporting multiple projects
- Intermediate to an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
