Job Title: Human Resource / Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Task / Responsibilities
Admin Duties:
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of the office
- Supervise the Admin department in performance of their duties.
- Maintain Client and Suppliers database with an effective contract management system
- Assist with completion of necessary reports/presentations as requested by General Manager.
- Responsible for the effective stock management of Corporate Gift items and other goods in the store; keeping appropriate records of order, supplies and deliveries at all times
- Ensure that inventory items supplied comply with specifications on LPO before receipt into store.
Human Resources Duties:
- Dissemination of information to staff on company policies and developments within the workplace on a regular basis.
- Oversee activities of the administrative group.
- Assist in conducting human resource policy, program research as well as development projects.
- Ensure employee handbook/ policies updates and assists in the implementation and application of new and existing personnel policy.
- File and maintains a comprehensive employee personnel records system for all employees, including insurance/benefit forms, personnel action forms, pay history, performance evaluations, promotions, bonuses etc.
- Conduct employee onboarding process with relevant managers.
- Ensure that staff attendance records are accurately filled.
- Manage Correspondence such as emails and telephone calls.
- Schedule and coordinates meetings and conference as well as ensures minutes are recorded.
- Manage staff leave database, staff training records and staff welfare.
- Manage administrative calendar and activities report calendar.
- Manage office items inventory and update.
- Work with external Providers of HR Services.
Qualification & Experience
- HND or B.Sc. Administration or social sciences related course from a reputable institution
- A minimum of 2-3years work experience in a similar role.
Job Title: Production / Procurement Officer (Entry Level)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Preparing and sending of Quotations to client.
- Sending enquiry mails to foreign suppliers
- Working together with other member of the production/ procurement department to ensure production process are completed.
- Sourcing for samples in the Local Market when need be or when necessary.
- Acquire goods at favourable prices by comparing prices of goods from different suppliers from the foreign market.
- Liaises with local and foreign suppliers of goods to ensure a steady supply of required items to facilitate the company’s production process;
- Maintains an updated database of credible suppliers of all items needed by the company both locally and internationally every Friday.
- Work with marketing department and other members of the production department to determine items or materials needed by clients.
- Looks through various catalogues to locate items required by clients.
- Works with the marketing team to accurately interpret and source for items needed by clients.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Work with team members and Head of Production/Procurement department to complete duties as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of BSc. Or HND in any related course from a reputable institution
- A minimum of 0-1 year (Entry Level) work experience in a similar role.
- He or she must reside in Lagos Island and its environs.
- Preferably a Male is required for this Role.
Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring know your product (KYP) once a week.
- Manage organization’s website and create mini-website of various sales offers
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, Google Mybusiness etc.
- Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
- Fix any error in online content
- Identify new trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
- Work on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of the website pages.
- Edit and post content, videos, graphics, and images on online sites.
- Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
- Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
- Creating and executing email-based marketing campaigns.
- Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
- Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
- Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.

- Promote the brand’s products and services on various social media channels.
- Build social media marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research.
- Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company’s social content visibility.
- Engagement our audience, website traffic, and generate revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing.
- Manage other e-commerce account; Jiji, Vconnect, Jumia, Konga etc]
- Meeting target on sales from the online platform.
- Optimizing Our Website for Easy Search on Search Engine (Google)
- To rank a website page on the search engine result page and to increase the website’s traffic.
- Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of clients in various industries.
- Compile performances report using Google Analytics
- Contribute to the company’s stand-alone blog for on-page and off-page optimization.
- Conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of HND or Bsc in Computer science from a reputable institution
- A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a similar role
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- To carry out a complete sales process of Greenswealth services and products to clients
- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goal of expanding customer base.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Gathering market and customer information
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvement.
- Attending meetings with clients and delivering samples for client’s approval.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculation and providing customers with quotations.
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the Head of Marketing and Business Development.
- Understanding the client requirements and then assist in customizing the product as per their needs.
Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. in marketing from a reputable institution
- A minimum of 1-3years work experience in a similar role

Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Accounting:
- Meeting deadlines for submission of Accurate Financial and Mgt reports to the MD by Day 1 of the succeeding month
- Ensure all transactions are booked within 24 hrs of processing, Accurate processing and posting
- Ensure that there are no Debit entries in the Bank Statement not in the Cash Book -All Payments should be processed into the cash book , Later than 48 hours-1, within 48hrs – 2 and below 48 hours – 3)
- 100% generation of report with accounting software
- 100% Compliance to statutory and tax issues
- Review of projections and Creation of Expenditure Report.
- Preparation of Audit schedules.
- Debtor monitoring and follow up.
- Ensure petty cash requests are processed and posted with established payment terms and policy. (24 hours for cash payments and 48 hours for cheques).
- Ensure reconciliation of account with the Banks and ensure cordial relationship
- Ensure funds availability for all cash operations by showing the true picture of all our account till date, No incidence of cash-out, Prepare document and ensure adequate cash at hand.
- Timely communication of cheques pick up
- Ensure efficient filing system – all documents are appropriately filed, all files are indexed and properly arranged, ease of retrieval. <2% incidence of inability to retrieve documentation.
Store Keeping:
- Disbursing of requested items from the store.
- Responsible for up-to-date filling of the stock and bin cards.
- Monthly reconciliation of stock cards.
- Ensuring that the stock list is updated at the end of every week.
- Assisting with the effective stock management of corporate gifts and other goods in the store.
- Partaking in the monthly stock count of corporate gifts and other items in the store.
Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. Accounting, Banking and Finance and any other Social Sciences and Administration courses from a reputable institution
- A minimum of 1-3 years work experience in a similar role
Job Title: Graphic Artist
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Plans concept by studying information and materials.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style and related aesthetic concepts.
- Thinking creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layout.
- Using innovation to redefine brief within the constraints of cost and time.
- Review design for errors before printing and publishing.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Create images that identify a product or convey a message.

Qualifications

Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the managing director in ensuring that projects are executed from start to finish meeting deadlines daily.
- Strategically map-out plan, and manage projects.
- Ensure quality control processes are carried out on items before delivery.
- Contribute to innovation of new products.
- Carryout duties as may be assigned by the managing director from time to time.
- Keeping an up to date activity Calendar for the managing director.
- Taking minutes of meetings attended with the managing director.
- Overseeing travel arrangements for the managing director, including booking flights and accommodation.
- Sends weekly activity report.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the managing director.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, serve as link between the Managing Director and visitors.
- Reading and responding to maills daily on behalf the managing Director as need arises.
- Follow up with project stakeholders and team members to ensure timely close-out of projects without defiling quality.
Qualification & Experience
