Job Title: Investment Manager

Job Description
- Cross sell all the financial products of the Group: – Liability generation, Loans and Leases, Shares/Stocks/Bonds (Federal, State & Corporate), Treasury Bills, FGN Savings Bonds, FX etc.
- Formulate and implement a strategy to increase the pool of HNI’s the Group transacts with
- Pitch for business relationships with Local Corporates, PFA’s, Insurance companies, and other non-Financial Institutions (Institutional Sales & Marketing) etc.
- Manage key relationships with customers to ensure the smooth running of these accounts.
- Oversee, Supervise and Coordinate an effective online marketing strategy.
- Development and implementation of service improvement strategies.
- Attain targeted sales goals, performance targets and customer satisfaction through the effective management of resources.
- Together with Business Heads, review strategies for all networked customers with a view to enhancing business volumes and earnings.
- Implement marketing strategies to develop existing portfolio and develop new opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide products and services to satisfy clients’ needs and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and agree with line Manager on a call-planning in order to maximize returns in line with business strategy.
- Provide clients with Investment Advisory services.
- Develop executive contact plan and arrange meetings between proposed clients, head of unit and the MD.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other disciplines
- A Second Degree and Master’s Degree will be an advantage
- A professional qualification is desirable
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with good sales track record in Institutional sales with emphasis on Stockbroking, Capital Market and other Financial Instruments (Treasury-bills, Bonds, etc.).
Job Title: Internal Control Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Safeguarding of assets, Assets tagging, assets verification and checking/confirmation of new items;
- Supervisory oversight on the custody and release of inventory items;
- Ensuring adherence to management policies;
- Periodic process review and administration of internal control questionnaire for process improvement;
- Daily Call Over of transaction tickets and review of transaction posted on Info ware & other Software for all operational units within the Group;
- Labeling, Batching and safe keeping/archiving of transaction documents, document retrieval from archive etc.;
- Review of Petty cash vouchers, Routine spot checks to ascertain controls are in place, spot cash count;
- Daily review/ recording of used and void cheque or other security instruments used by finance & Account, Control of security instruments, e.g., cheques;
- Daily Cross checking of transaction tickets on the Log Book and register to ensure all transactions are well recorded;
- Review of Investment services routine activities and documentations such as placement of funds, funds in & funds out and liquidation of investments and the certificates in files;
- Review of daily treasury activities at Finance and Accounts to ensure that treasury documentation is adequate, relevant and sufficient;
- Review of customers and staff internal accounts to ensure that accounts in debit are flagged and brought to management attention;
- Investigation of identified control weaknesses;
Requirements
- University Degree / HND in Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with a similar role in a Financial Service Institution;
- The candidate must be vast in Capital and Money Markets operations, Financial Accounting, and Internal Control monitoring;
- Professional membership of ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage;
Job Title: Research Analyst
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Provide support to all research studies and prepare information brochures and required materials for all prospective investors.
- Maintain databases and analyze all market intelligence programs.
- Prepare various capital market reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Oversee data collection, and analysis for research studies, surveys and strategic plan reviews
- Prepare and submit reports and presentations for research studies, surveys and investor/issuer/policy makers’ education and outreach campaigns
- Write research papers / articles on various aspects of the capital markets for journals, newspapers and other print media.
- Make presentations to various forums e.g. investors, market intermediaries, policy makers / line ministry, financial sector regulators, trade/professional associations, professional bodies and issuers when called upon
- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings; identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties’ researches and implement best practices
Requirements
- University Degree / HND in Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field;
- Possession of a postgraduate academic or professional qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage;
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters and other financial information platforms is a plus.
