We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Health, Safety & Environment Supervisor

Location: Delta

Job Purpose

  • This position will provide leadership and coordination for the day to day Health, Safety and (HSE) related matters in the Plant.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Health Safety & Environment (HSE) plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements
  • Provide support on the implementation of company-wide HSE initiatives e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 and 45001
  • Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
  • Investigate and complete the process for closeout of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Plant Management Team.
  • Ensure proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure that all safety signs are kept in place and adhered to
  • Coordinates plant clinic activities and reports health and safety-related status of the plant
  • Coordinates plant house-keeping, safety & environmental matters
  • Coordinates checking and maintenance of plant safety equipment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in the Sciences, Health, Safety & Environmental Technology /Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-7 years experience in related industry.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun

Job Purpose

  • This role is responsible for ensuring that all quality assurance activities in the plant are in line with set procedures and all testing equipment are adequately maintained within prescribed parameters. The role also has responsibility for monitoring and controlling the quality assurance testing program for all raw and packaging materials, and process inspection for intermediate and finished products

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in quality activities as relates to production processes
  • Ensure documentation and report of all quality analysis with review and update as applicable
  • Direct audit activities commensurate to production schedules.
  • Coordinate management system activities (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 and 45001) by development of required procedures, develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as at when due and prepare plant employees for internal and external audits
  • Develop monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Interpret and support quality policies and implement guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documents.
  • Ensure cordial relationship with all government regulatory agencies (NESREA, SON, OGEPA, etc) at all times and manage public and legislative issues that impact the company’s ability to do business
  • Ensure that all testing equipment are calibrated as at when due

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Printing technology, Chemical Engineering, Science Laboratory technology or any science related course
  • Minimum 3-7 years experience in related industry
  • Strong Numerical and Analytical Skills
