WeHire Consulting – We are a medium-sized company in Lagos and we are seeking for candidates to lead our sales team as well as boast sales within the capacity below:

  • You will be working in one of our following field locations; Ikeja, Lagos Island, Ikorodu

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Marketing and related field
  • Two (2) years experience in customer support, client services, sales or any related field
  • Demonstrated and Proven sales results
  • Basic computer skills and experience with filing document, or updaing customer profile/account; may include entering and tracking sales, scheduling with Google cloud products or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal oriented
  • In-depth understanding of company product and its position in the market
  • Ability to multi task, priotize and manage time efficiently

Duties

  • Organize and cordinate sales schedules
  • Research potential leads in the selected location
  • Train and motivate new sales representative
  • Receive and report on all sales lead
  • Supervise sales representatives
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow up call questions
  • Work with sales team when closing sales
  • Track weekly, monthly and quaterly performance and sales metrics
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals
  • Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence

Remuneration

  • During Probation period, employee earn N40,000 monthly with commission of N1,000 on every full policy sale (10 policies)
  • After confirmation, employee will earn N70,000 monthly with commissions
