Job Summary
- We are seeking to hire a performance-driven Sales Executive Manager to drive revenue targets towards growth and expansion. You will be required to acquire and retain customers across various locations; develop justified sales and marketing plans forthe upper management; maximize our sales team potential, process orders, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Acquire, build and retain relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Supply management with reports on client’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of sales and marketing best practices and promotional trends for continuous improvement.
- Understand and promote the company’s goals and objectives.
- Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability.
- Schedule meetings appropriately to optimize movement, visit customers, and close deals.
- Resolve complaints concerning Customers, Restaurants, and Logistics partners.
- Achieving growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 2-5 years cognate experience in the food ordering and delivery ecosystem.
- Proven success as a sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, Mobile Apps, and Google Suite.
- Effective understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage, coach, and monitor the performance of sales ambassadors.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Field Sales Ambassador
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Summary
- We are looking to hire a field marketer who will be responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site and face-to-face interaction with clients.
Responsibilities
- Work as a liaison between the company and clients.
- Provide information about products and services to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within a deadline.
- Provide management with a report on the assigned sales task.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Results-oriented, target driven and passionate for sales
- Must have a minimum of HND/ BSc qualification.
- Must have a minimumof 1-year sales experience.
- Have a Smartphone in good working conditions.
- Have a Bank account with a Valid BVN.
- Must currently reside in Lagos.

- We are seeking to hire a Key Accounts Manager who is enthusiastic to join our sales team. You will be responsible for driving and executing business growth plans as set by Management.
- To be successful in this role, you need to have good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and Communicating appropriately with Customer and Restaurant inquiries through various channels.
- Onboard new Restaurants with complete registration.
- On-board active and Responsive Restaurants on the App.
- Engage and Onboard high-profile leads.
- Follow up on generated leads for complete Registration.
- Meet face-to-face (Visits) with Restaurants when required and setting up meetings with potential Vendors and close deals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve effective results.
- Gather feedback from vendors and customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards Restaurants and Customers at all times.
- Keeping records of Restaurants’/ Customers’ interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Providing daily and weekly feedback/reports on the Restaurant on-boarding process.
- Ensuring overall Restaurant and Customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience within a client management role preferable
- Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising, and e-commerce
- Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
- Good knowledge of CRM software
- Able to multitask
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of a business model for an online food ordering market.
