Job Title: Marketing Intern

Job Description

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Develop and execute promotions to support the EasyBuy Direct business model.
  • Monitoring and reporting of all promotions as related to the EasyBuy Direct business.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Social Media/E-commerce campaigns
  • Ensure that marketing materials are disbursed to all retail distributors
  • Manage the Marketing Merchandize at the warehouse.
  • Source for competitive suppliers for all marketing materials.
  • Work with Creative team to ensure all customer-facing materials are aligned with the Sun King brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the Sun King store audit.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is:

  • A recent graduate or currently engaged in youth service (NYSC).
  • Has a flair for marketing (brand building)
  • Conversant with Google Tools (Doc, Sheet & Slide)
  • A good team player.
  • Pays attention to details.
  • Confident with a good presentation skill.
  • Cultured with good interpersonal and communications skills.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Lagos
Reporting Manager: Human Resource Business Partner, Nigeria.

The Role

  • The Talent Acquisition Associate will work closely with heads of department to fill vacancies and promote employer branding.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Established recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Coordinate full cycle recruitment as necessary, following all HR processes, procedures, hiring deadlines and job requirement.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements as well as head hunting, when required.
  • Coordinates virtual and physical interviews.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Execute and maintain sourcing strategy for short term and long-term talent acquisition forecasts.
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is:

  • Working experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment role of at least 3 years (post NYSC)
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical recruitments.
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Impactful presentation style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can do” attitude.
