DMS Apparels is a new e-commerce company dealing in fashion / clothing for all and sundry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to manage and process online orders from our clients. Job responsibilities include the following:

  • Processing online orders and product deliveries in timely manner.
  • Uploading new stock on our website and managing inventory.
  • Field marketing by targeting prospective customers for sales opportunities.
  • Attending to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Designing advertising/branding concepts to enhance sales.

Requirements

  • Must be computer literate with graphic design skills.
  • Possess educational qualifications.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Driver’s licence possession will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal relationship skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
