Smartagro Technologies Limited (Aisiki) is a tech-enabled food distribution company working to fix the broken supply chain of food in Africa leveraging cutting-edge technology and business models.

Aisiki sources fruits, vegetables, proteins and staples from local farmers and delivers them in the fastest and cheapest way to various kinds of businesses such as retail shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Success Representative
Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a degree or HND qualification.
  • Use of computer and mobile applications
  • Good command of English and pidgin
  • Knowledge of sales is important
  • Ability to understand customer’s business needs from conversations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility
  • Positive attitude
  • Resides in Benin city
  • Proven track record of overachieving in a metrics driven environment
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful customer situations and apply good decision making to achieve a positive outcome

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s customer base through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Proactively call partners and customers to ensure on-goingthriving relationships
  • Help non-tech savvy customers with placing orders over the phone
  • Meticulously manage time allowing you to achieve internal commitments and exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain a high-level of daily activity including customer check-ins, internal calls, meetings, and partner discussions regarding driving sales and solving problems
  • Constructively operate as part of a wider, cross-functional team to ensure the success of every customer
  • Engage in efforts to identify challenges within our customer base and potential risk to retention
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and demand forecasts
  • Act as the customer’s advocate engaging other departments within Aisiki when necessary and ensuring successful resolution
