We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Customer Service /Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors Requirements
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing

Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Managelargeamounts of incoming calls.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Support in defining the necessary level of knowledge on existing and emerging regulatory compliance requirements across the organization.
  • Good understanding of both regulatory and AML risks associated with the financial sector businesses.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies.
  • Develops, initiates, maintains, and periodically revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
  • Review and update the compliance policies and procedures in line with existing and new legislations i.e AML policy, fraud policy etc.
  • Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
  • Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Monthly Bank Statement Reconciliation.
  • Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Income statement/Statement of Financial Positions and Other books of Accounts with the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst
  • Filling of Annual PAYE with the LIRS
  • Review Monthly Operating Expenses (OPEX) and reconcile budgeted with Actual and establish variances
  • Co-work with the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst on the Monthly Business Performance Review (BPR)
  • Close gaps identify in the Accounting process and conduct Unit internal assessment (UIA) for risks
  • Liaise with the Local tax authority on issue relating to Taxes (PAYE) and other Taxes issues
